Last updated: 13 April 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Opbox Ltd ("Opbox", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit opbox.app (the "Platform"). It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control their use.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site operators. Cookies can be "persistent" (remain on your device until deleted or they expire) or "session" (deleted when you close your browser).
2. Cookie categories

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. They cannot be disabled.

| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics provider cookies | Page views, session duration, feature usage | Up to 2 years |
2.3 Marketing cookies

| Advertising platform cookies | Campaign attribution and ad personalisation | Up to 2 years |
3. Other tracking technologies
In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies including:
- Local storage - used to store UI preferences (theme, sidebar state) and the cookie consent preference
- Session storage - temporary data cleared when you close your browser tab
We do not use web beacons, pixel tags, or fingerprinting techniques.
4. Managing your preferences
You can change or revoke your cookie consent at any time:
- In Opbox — click Open cookie preferences above (public surfaces) or go to Settings → Cookies if you are signed in
- Reset the banner — signed in, choose Reset preferences on the cookies settings page; the banner will re-appear on your next visit
- Browser settings — most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in
5. Third-party cookies
When you connect third-party integrations (DocuSign, HubSpot, Calendly, etc.), those services may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not control third-party cookies.
6. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
